How this list was made
Seatt only accepts plans at public venues, and that is a check rather than a request. Every plan posted in the app is matched against a list of place types that count, and a longer list that does not. Somebody's flat is not a venue and neither is a car park.
The places below went through that same check. 120 real New York places were looked at and 11 were refused by the rule, leaving 103.
