How this list was made
Seatt only accepts plans at public venues, and that is a check rather than a request. Every plan posted in the app is matched against a list of place types that count, and a longer list that does not. Somebody's flat is not a venue and neither is a car park.
The places below went through that same check. 110 real Vancouver places were looked at and 13 were refused by the rule, leaving 92. Nothing here is ranked or recommended: these are real places in Vancouver that would be accepted as a plan, which is a smaller and more useful claim than a list of bests.
